Before your first visit, we’ll ask about your pets — their names, breeds, and temperament. After the first visit or two, most dogs recognize the team and relax completely. We respect your pet’s spaces. Toys get moved to clean underneath and placed back. We don’t use the vacuum around sleeping or anxious pets without checking with you first.

Pet safety is our first filter on every product. We avoid ammonia entirely — it’s a respiratory irritant for dogs and cats. We also avoid phenol-containing disinfectants, which are toxic to cats even at low concentrations. For hard floors, we use pH-neutral, fragrance-free solutions that leave no chemical residue once dry. Every product is EPA Safer Choice certified with zero VOCs.

If your pet has a known sensitivity or respiratory issue, tell us when you request your quote — we’ll customize our product list further, including using products your vet has approved.

We vacuum before mopping so wet mopping doesn’t smear hair into grout lines. We use microfiber mop heads that capture fine dander rather than redistributing it. For baseboards — where pet hair and oils accumulate — we wipe with damp microfiber on every visit, which lifts that buildup rather than just moving it. For carpeted stairs, we vacuum against the grain first to lift embedded hair, then with the grain.

No pet surcharge — ever. Your bi-weekly rate is based on home size only. Homes under 1,500 sq ft start at $120 per visit. The most common Allen home size (1,500–2,500 sq ft, typical of Twin Creeks and Starcreek) runs $145–$185 per visit. Larger homes start around $185–$225+. All supplies included. You don’t need to be home — and most Allen clients aren’t. We use garage codes or lockboxes for seamless entry. For your pets, we’ll coordinate whatever works best: friendly dogs often roam freely, while protective or anxious dogs do better crated or in the backyard. After two or three visits, the routine becomes second nature for your pets and our team.

No contracts, no minimums, no cancellation penalties. Pause when your dog is boarded, add a visit when you return from a trip, or temporarily go weekly during shedding season — all free with a couple days’ notice. The only fee is a late-cancel charge if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice (your team’s route was planned around your appointment). Outside that window, changes are always free.

A deep clean is the intensive reset for homes that haven’t had professional cleaning recently — inside cabinets, oven, window tracks, grout lines, behind appliances.
